THE TRIP BETWEEN THE AIRPORT AND THE RESORT IS ONE HOUR EACH WAY
This makes last minute changes very difficult so PLEASE have your flight information turned in no later than the MONDAY of the week of the event.
Also, if there are any last minute changes, text your drivers cell phone so they are not waiting looking for you.

Drivers can not text while driving so please call your driver as you are heading to baggage claim.
When everyone is ready from your time slot, go out the baggage claim #5 door to the passenger pick-up area, This should be the last door on your right as you are walking out. Also, please try to get together with the other passengers on your time slot to make the pick-up more efficient as we can only pull up ONCE to pick up the group.
